Our online store is powered by Shopify.

Shopify provides ecommerce infrastructure and services that support storefront operation, customer accounts, checkout, payment processing, fraud prevention, order administration, analytics, and other commerce functions.

Depending on our enabled Shopify features and your privacy choices, Shopify may process information for additional services, including advertising measurement, personalization, and other enhanced commerce capabilities.

Shopify's collection and use of personal information are further described in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy

Some payment information is processed directly by Shopify, payment networks, or other authorized payment providers. Zendira does not generally receive or store complete payment-card numbers through its ordinary Shopify checkout.

These providers receive information reasonably necessary to perform the services we use them for. Some act as service providers or processors on our behalf; others may process information independently under their own privacy terms.

The presence of a provider's name in this section does not mean every feature offered by that provider is active on our website.

  1. Cookies, Pixels, Analytics, and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the website and understand how visitors use it.

These technologies may support:

Essential functions: Shopping carts, checkout, account access, security, fraud prevention, and website operation.

Analytics and performance: Understanding site traffic, errors, visitor interactions, and website performance.

Personalization: Remembering preferences and improving relevant shopping experiences.

Advertising and attribution: Measuring campaigns, understanding advertising performance, and presenting relevant advertisements where permitted.

Some technologies are placed by Shopify, while others may be provided by our analytics, marketing, or advertising partners.

Cookie availability, categories, and retention periods may change as our services evolve.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through the privacy-preference controls provided on our website.

Where applicable law requires consent for nonessential cookies or similar tracking technologies, we will obtain that consent before activating the affected processing.

We also honor applicable privacy choices and legally required opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control signals where required.

You may learn more about managing browser cookies at All About Cookies

  1. Email, SMS, MMS, and RCS Communications

If you subscribe to or otherwise consent to receive our marketing communications, we may contact you through email, SMS, MMS, or RCS messaging, depending on the services we offer and your preferences.

Marketing messages may include product launches, promotions, restock announcements, abandoned-cart reminders, brand updates, and other offers.

Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase.

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in the message.

You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP where supported or by following the instructions provided in the message.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We may continue to send nonmarketing communications necessary to complete transactions, provide customer service, or meet legal obligations.

  1. Advertising and Data Sharing

We may use personal information and website interaction data to measure, optimize, and deliver advertising.

Depending on our enabled integrations, this may involve sharing identifiers, purchase-event information, browser activity, or other relevant information with advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, Shopify, and their authorized service partners.

Certain disclosures for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising may be classified as a "sale," "sharing," or processing for targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws, even when we do not receive money in exchange for the information.

We do not represent that all advertising-related disclosures fall outside those legal definitions.

Where required by law, we provide applicable rights to opt out of sales, sharing, or targeted advertising through our available privacy controls and request processes.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information belonging to children in violation of applicable law.

  1. Customer Reviews, Social Media, and User-Generated Content

Customers may voluntarily submit reviews, testimonials, photographs, videos, captions, social media posts, and other content through our website, social media accounts, campaigns, or submission forms.

We may collect the information contained in those submissions, including your name, username, likeness, voice, content, and associated participation details.

We may use Okendo, Judge.me, or other authorized review platforms to request, collect, verify, moderate, and display customer reviews. Review requests may be sent using contact and purchase information associated with an order. If you submit a review, your rating, review text, display name, and any photographs or videos you provide may be publicly displayed in accordance with the review submission process.

Review platforms may also use purchase information to identify verified buyers. We may retain reviews and related records as reasonably necessary to administer our review programs and comply with applicable law.

For campaigns that offer separate marketing permission choices, we record those choices and use the submitted content only within the scope authorized by the customer and otherwise permitted by law.

Permission to use customer content in website and organic marketing does not automatically authorize use in paid advertising.

Simply tagging Zendira or STRAPPED or publishing a post publicly does not automatically give us advertising rights to that content.

Our Terms of Service, including the Customer Content License and Usage Policy in Section 11.2, describe applicable content licensing and usage permissions.

We may retain submission records, content-use selections, and related authorization information to administer our campaigns and document the permissions granted.

If a promotion provides a complimentary product or other incentive, additional participation terms may apply. Participants may also be required to disclose the material relationship in their public content.

  1. Affiliate and Creator Programs

Through our affiliate and creator programs, including programs administered using UpPromote or other authorized providers, we may collect:

  • Names and contact information
  • Social media accounts, websites, and promotional channels
  • Referral links, coupon codes, and attribution information
  • Referred sales and commission records
  • Payment and tax information where necessary
  • Program communications and participation history

We use this information to review applications, administer participation, calculate and pay commissions, detect abuse, maintain records, and comply with applicable requirements.

Program-specific terms and privacy notices may supplement this policy.

  1. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for legitimate purposes:

We do not authorize service providers acting on our behalf to use personal information for unrelated purposes except as permitted by their agreements and applicable law.

  1. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or loss.

These measures may include access restrictions, reputable service providers, encrypted connections, account security features, and appropriate business procedures.

However, no internet transmission, electronic storage system, or security method is guaranteed to be completely secure.

If you believe your account or personal information has been compromised, please contact us promptly.

  1. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including processing orders, maintaining customer accounts, providing services, supporting marketing activities, maintaining financial records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.

Retention periods depend on the type of information, its purpose, applicable legal requirements, and our legitimate business needs.

Marketing information may be retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to legally permitted retention and suppression records.

Affiliate, review, promotional, and content-permission records may be retained as needed to document participation, financial obligations, reviews, and permissions previously granted.

When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely retain it in accordance with applicable law and our recordkeeping obligations.

Depending on the law and our processing activities, these may include the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale or sharing of personal information, certain profiling, and other legally specified practices.

If you access our services from another country, your personal information may be processed in the United States or other countries where Shopify and our authorized providers operate.

Depending on your location, applicable privacy law may give you additional rights regarding collection, processing, international transfers, or complaints to a data protection authority.

Where legally required, we rely on an appropriate lawful basis for processing and implement applicable safeguards for international transfers.

You may contact us to exercise any applicable rights or request additional information about our processing activities.

  1. Children's Privacy

Our website and products are directed primarily toward adults.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or knowingly process children's personal information in violation of applicable law.

If you believe that a child has submitted personal information to us without appropriate authorization, please contact customerservice@zendira.com so we can review and address the matter.

Certain promotions, affiliate programs, or customer-content campaigns may be limited to participants aged 18 or older, as stated in their specific terms.

  1. Automated Processing and Fraud Prevention

We and our service providers may use automated systems to help identify fraudulent transactions, assess transaction risk, manage shopping experiences, and operate marketing or analytics services.

Shopify and our payment or fraud-prevention partners may independently employ automated systems under their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Where applicable law grants rights relating to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects, we will provide those rights as required.

  1. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to websites, social media platforms, payment services, and other services operated by third parties.

We do not control the privacy practices of independently operated third-party services.

We encourage you to review their applicable privacy policies before sharing personal information.
