How the Zendira gun compartment works

The compartment opens with a magnetic closure, not a zipper, and is separate from your everyday things. Inside, you attach a velcro-backed holster fitted to your gun. Zendira offers the CrossBreed Modular Holster, built to your firearm's exact model ($44.95 plus $9 shipping, about 3 to 4 weeks), and a custom Kydex trigger guard for the Active Friday ($25 plus $5 shipping, about 2 to 3 weeks). Crossbody or shoulder: which is safer for concealed carry?

For carry, Zendira recommends wearing the bag crossbody. It keeps the bag against your body, holds the gun compartment in one consistent position for your draw, and the cut-resistant strap makes the bag harder to snatch. Which Zendira crossbody bag will fit my gun?

The Saturday and the Envelope each have a 7 x 10 inch gun compartment sized for popular compact and subcompact pistols. The Active Friday is slimmer and best for subcompacts. Find your model on Shop by Firearm, or email us your model and any light, laser or optic before you order.

Does the holster come with the bag?

No. Zendira bags ship without a holster so you can choose one built for your exact gun. Add a CrossBreed Modular Holster or Kydex trigger guard at checkout. They are custom-made, so they ship separately, about 2 to 4 weeks after your bag.

Will the strap fit me if I'm tall, busty or plus-size?

Every Zendira crossbody comes in two cut-resistant strap lengths. Choose S to XL (26 to 36 inches) or the extended strap up to 4X. If you're between sizes, or you'll wear it over a coat, choose the longer strap.

What's the difference between the Saturday and the Active Friday?

The Zendira Saturday is a full-grain leather handbag with more room for everyday things, at $379. The Zendira Active Friday is a smaller nylon bag you can wear crossbody, on your chest or at your waist, at $159.

Can I carry a Zendira crossbody without a gun?

Yes. The gun compartment works just as well for a passport, cash or anything you want out of sight, and the Envelope converts to a shoulder bag or clutch.

Can I return a Zendira crossbody?
