Every Zendira bag is designed to be as functional as it is beautiful. Our bags feature intuitive compartments for everyday essentials, secure zippers and magnetic closures, and a dedicated concealed carry pocket engineered for confidence and quick access. Each style has been thoughtfully designed to balance elegance, organization, and readiness.

Concealed carry design details

Zendira’s concealed carry bags are built around intentional design. Each bag includes a dedicated concealed carry compartment separate from personal items, lined with loop Velcro for holster attachment or designed to clip in a custom Kydex trigger guard. Magnetic access points allow for a smooth, quiet draw while maintaining a sleek silhouette.

Trigger guards and holsters

Each Zendira bag is engineered for reliable concealed carry, but the holster system varies by design.

The Original Friday and Active Friday work with our custom-molded Kydex trigger guards, which clip into the magnetic concealed compartment for a consistent, predictable draw.

The SaturdayFull Size FridayOrigami, and Envelope styles use a Velcro-backed Kydex holster, allowing you to position your firearm at the perfect angle inside the dedicated concealed compartment.

The Monday Bag accommodates an inside-the-waistband (IWB) Kydex holster, giving you flexibility to transition between on-body and in-bag carry.

We always recommend using a rigid Kydex holster system that fully covers the trigger area for safety and consistency.

Strap lengths and sizing

Every Zendira bag includes adjustable straps designed for comfort, fit, and crossbody wear. Select styles, such as the Friday Bag, include both standard and extended strap options to accommodate up to 4XL. All straps feature cut-resistant webbing and premium hardware for both security and style.

Material and craftsmanship

Zendira leather bags are handcrafted in León, Mexico, by artisans who specialize in luxury leather goods. We use premium full- and top-grain leathers, hair-on hides, and jewelry-grade metal hardware to ensure every piece is as durable as it is refined. Because each hide is natural, no two bags are ever exactly alike and every one has its own unique character.

Product care and cleaning

To preserve the quality of your leather bag, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight. Clean with a soft, damp cloth and condition periodically with a high-quality leather conditioner. For hair-on-hide panels, gently brush in the direction of the hair with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners or alcohol-based products.

Accessories and modular add-ons

Zendira accessories are designed to complement and expand the function of your bag. From modular holsters and wristlets to straps, wallets, and keychains, every piece uses the same signature materials and craftsmanship as our bags. Many accessories can be mixed and matched across collections for a cohesive, functional look.

Ordering & Payments

How to place an order

Simply visit Zendira.com, explore our collections, and add your items to the cart. When you are ready, proceed to checkout to confirm your shipping and payment details. You will receive an order confirmation email right away and a tracking number once your order ships.

Accepted payment methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can also check out with Shop Pay Installments for flexible payment options. All payments are processed securely through encrypted gateways.

Using discount codes and promotions

Only one discount code can be applied per order. If you have a special offer or gift card, you can still redeem it alongside eligible promotions as long as the checkout system allows both to apply.

Gift cards and store credit

Yes. Zendira digital gift cards make the perfect gift and are available in several denominations. They are delivered by email and can be used at checkout just like a regular payment method.

If you return an item and choose store credit instead of a refund, we will issue your credit as a digital Zendira gift card. You will receive it by email once your return is processed, and it can be used toward any future purchase on Zendira.com. Store credit never expires and can be combined with active promotions or Zendira Rewards points at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and carriers

Most in-stock orders ship within 2 to 3 business days from our fulfillment center. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Zendira partners with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey. You can also log into your Zendira account anytime to view tracking updates and order history.

Expedited or international shipping

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Most expedited orders arrive within 2 to 3 business days after leaving our facility. At this time, Zendira ships within the United States only, but we plan to expand international shipping soon.

Shipping to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Yes, we can ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses through USPS. Please allow additional transit time for APO/FPO deliveries, as processing and routing through military mail can extend shipping times slightly.

Returns & Exchanges

Return policy and eligibility

We accept returns within 45 days of delivery on items that are unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Because of the nature of custom or limited-edition products, those items may not be eligible for return.Kydex items are final sale since each one is custom molded and made to order. Holsters, trigger guards, and accessories must also be in new condition to qualify.

How to start a return or exchange

To start your return or exchange, visit ourReturns Portal and follow the prompts. You will receive a prepaid return label and step-by-step instructions once your request is approved. After your item arrives back at our facility, you can choose a refund, store credit, or exchange if inventory allows.

Refund timing and process

Once your return is received, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 10 additional business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank. If you selected store credit, you will receive a digital gift card by email as soon as your return is approved.

Warranty or repair questions

Each Zendira bag is handcrafted with care and inspected for quality. If you experience an issue with craftsmanship or hardware, contact support@zendira.com with photos and details. Our team will assess whether the item qualifies for repair or replacement. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic variations in natural hides, and accidental damage are not covered under warranty.

How to join and earn points

Joining Zendira Rewards is simple. Create an account at Zendira.com or log in if you already have one. You’ll earn points automatically with every purchase, plus bonus points for actions like following Zendira on social media, celebrating your birthday, or referring a friend. Every 100 points equals one dollar off a future order.

Redeeming points

To redeem your points, log into your Zendira Rewards account and select Redeem Points to generate a discount code. Apply that code at checkout to see your savings instantly. Points can be used toward any eligible purchase and can be combined with store credit or promotional discounts when available.

Birthday rewards and referral perks

You’ll receive a special points bonus on your birthday when your date is saved in your Zendira Rewards profile. You can also share your personal referral link with friends. When they make their first purchase, they’ll receive a discount, and you’ll earn bonus points as a thank you.

Troubleshooting points or login issues

Zendira’s Private VIP Sale happens once a year and is available exclusively to our existing customers. It features limited-quantity daily deals, early access to new releases, and special pricing on select styles. VIPs receive their private access link by email before the sale begins, so make sure you are subscribed to Zendira emails to be included.

From rare hair-on hides to designer collaborations, Zendira’s limited edition drops are created in very small batches and often sell out quickly. These pieces are crafted with unique materials and will not be restocked once sold. VIPs receive first notification and early access to shop each drop.

Handmade process in León, Mexico

Every Zendira bag is handcrafted in León, Mexico, a city world-renowned for its leather artisans. Skilled makers cut, stitch, and assemble each bag by hand, ensuring consistent quality and attention to detail. We work directly with these artisans to combine traditional craftsmanship with modern concealed carry innovation.

Hair-on-hide leather is naturally one of a kind. Color, pattern, and texture vary from piece to piece, making every Zendira bag unique. These variations are a mark of authenticity and craftsmanship, not imperfections. Each hide is carefully selected for visual balance and strength before being cut and shaped into your bag.

Zendira hardware is jewelry-grade and custom-finished for each design. Every clasp, buckle, and zipper pull is tested for durability and function before assembly. Concealed Carry & Safety

How the concealed compartment works

Each Zendira bag has a dedicated concealed compartment that is separate from your everyday pockets. Compartments are designed to accept a rigid Kydex holster or our Velcro backed Kydex option where specified, keeping the firearm in a fixed orientation for a predictable draw. Magnetic access points and reinforced pocket openings help the bag stay elegant while allowing smooth, repeatable access when you need it. For the best fit and orientation, we recommend pairing your bag with a rigid holster system that fully covers the trigger area.

Left- vs right-handed configurations

Most Zendira styles accommodate both left and right handed carry either by design or by offering configuration options. The Friday family includes left and right friendly layouts, and many of our holster placements can be positioned to suit your dominant hand. Check the product page for each style to confirm handedness options and recommended draw orientation.

Recommended firearm sizes and fits

Fit varies by bag style. As a general guide:

  • Original Friday and Active Friday work best with subcompact and micro compact pistols when used with our Kydex trigger guard.
  • Full Size Friday and the Saturday offer more vertical space and accommodate larger compact and many mid size pistols.
  • Origami and Envelope are optimized for compact to small mid size pistols and use a Velcro backed Kydex holster.
  • The Monday Bag is designed to work with an IWB Kydex holster for larger pistols and travel carry.

Always compare your firearm’s dimensions with the bag’s fit guide on the product page before purchasing. If you are unsure, contact support with your firearm model and we will help confirm the best fit.

Safe handling and holster recommendations

Safety is our top priority. We recommend using a rigid Kydex holster that fully covers the trigger area and maintains consistent orientation inside the bag. Rigid holsters offer predictable retention and a repeatable draw, which supports safer handling. Do not carry a loose firearm without a holster. Always follow local laws and safe storage guidelines, and pursue professional training from a qualified instructor to practice safe handling and drawing techniques.

Account & Technical Help

Creating or managing an account

You can create your Zendira account during checkout or anytime by selecting Log In at the top of Zendira.com. Having an account lets you view order history, track shipments, and earn points through Zendira Rewards. You can update your personal information, addresses, and password at any time once you are logged in.

Resetting passwords

If you forget your password, click Forgot your password? on the login page and follow the instructions in the reset email. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, or contact support@zendira.com for help resetting it manually.

Order history and tracking

Your Zendira account keeps a record of all your orders and tracking numbers. Once logged in, select My Orders to view your order status, shipment details, and tracking links for each purchase.

If you experience issues while checking out or logging into your account, first clear your browser cache or try a different browser. Make sure cookies and pop-ups are enabled for Zendira.com. Choosing your hide at events

At select in-person events like Cowboy Christmas or AG & AG National Conference, we offer the chance to choose your own hair-on-hide for your bag. Each hide is unique, and our team will guide you through the selection process so you can handpick the pattern and texture that speaks to you. Once chosen, your hide is reserved for your custom-made Zendira piece.

Custom strap or hardware options

Some Zendira collections offer the ability to customize details like strap length, color, or hardware finish. Availability depends on the specific design and production schedule. If you are interested in customizing your strap or hardware, email support@zendira.com with your request and we will confirm what is currently possible.

Availability of limited runs

Many Zendira pieces are produced in small batches or limited editions. Once a style or color sells out, it may not be restocked. Limited runs are often crafted from rare hides or specialty leathers, making each piece a collectible work of craftsmanship. VIP customers receive early access notifications when new limited runs are released.
