BODY ARMOR DETAILS

~TheĀ DFNDR ArmorĀ® Level IIIA system is engineered with the highest grade of ballistic materials; an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber, bound with a resin matrix to make it a hard stand-alone armor system and equipped with Spall-Tek to further reduce deflection of projectile fragments. This armor is made specifically for each of our concealed carry purses and simply slips in the designated pocket.

~TheĀ DFNDR ArmorĀ®Ā Level IIIA system is independently tested to the NIJ 0108.01 protocol at NIJ Certified Ballistic Labs.

This material is being used in our development of next-generation body armor systems for the U.S. military. CARE INSTRUCTIONS

~Recommended CleaningĀ ProceduresĀ 

Caution:Ā Do not machine wash or dry. Failure to follow these instructions may degrade your plate performance against ballistic threats.

1. Remove loose dirt and lint from the outer surface of the plate using a cloth or soft bristle brush (never use a stiff bristle brush).Ā Use a damp cloth if needed.

2. Ā If further cleaning is required; apply mild detergent to the soiled areas and scrub with a cloth or soft bristle brush.Ā Heavy grease/oil stains may be pre-spotted with a detergent mixture. Wipe the plate with a damp cloth.
