What is Zendira Rewards?
Zendira Rewards is our way of saying thank you for supporting us.
You earn points every time you shop, and you can redeem those points for discounts on future Zendira purchases.
Is Zendira Rewards free to join?
Yes. Completely free.
Just create an account or log in to start earning points.
How do I join Zendira Rewards?
If you have a Zendira account, you’re already in.
If not, sign up using your email and you’ll start earning points right away.
What are the benefits of Zendira Rewards?
You earn points for shopping and engaging with Zendira, then redeem them for savings. You also get a birthday points bonus to celebrate with something special from us.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points in a few different ways:
• 5 points for every $1 spent
• 200 points just for signing up
• 50 points for following Zendira on Instagram
• 50 points for following Zendira on TikTok
• 200 points on your birthday
We may add new earning opportunities throughout the year.
No tiers, no hoops.
How much are my points worth?
50 points = $1 off.
Example:
Spend $100 → earn 500 points → $10 off a future order.
How do I redeem my points?
To use your points, you’ll need to convert them into a coupon first.
Here’s how:
- Click the Zendira Rewards button on the bottom left of your screen
- Choose how many points you want to redeem
- Convert them into a coupon
- Apply that coupon at checkout
Once converted, your points turn into a discount you can use right away.
What happens if I return an item?
If an item is returned, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your balance.
If you already redeemed those points, the discount value may be adjusted.

Where can I see my points and rewards?
Once you’re logged in, you can see your points balance, available rewards, and redemption options right on our site.
You can also message our team directly from there if you need help.
Can I get points for past orders?
Yes. Once you join Zendira Rewards, points from previous orders placed under the same email address will be added to your account. If you do not see points you expect, contact us and our team will be happy to help.
Do zendira rewards points expire?
Nope. Your points do not expire.
We want you to use them when it makes sense for you, whether that’s next month or later down the road.
When did Zendira Rewards start?
Zendira Rewards officially launched before the holidays, and we went back and credited points for your entire order history.
If you’ve supported Zendira along the way, we wanted to make sure you were included. Period.
As long as your orders are tied to the same email address, your points should already be waiting for you.
